Head Office Design

Located at Yonge & Eglinton in downtown Toronto, Beaux Properties’ Head Office recently underwent a renovation with the goal of modernizing and upgrading their space. From the lighting to furniture, each detail in the newly designed office space was thoughtfully incorporated to create a luxurious place for employees to work in, and for clients to visit.

Salex advised on suitable lighting products that would provide the best office lighting and complement the overall design look. For this particular project, photometrics were intricately completed to ensure each area within the office delivered the best quality of light, as well as appropriate lighting coverage, to ensure a workable and healthy environment.

To complement the beautiful design, Vibia’s Wireflow is the first thing visitors notice in the reception area. These hanging lamps were installed along the wall and on the ceiling to bring an element of sculptural art décor, while expertly illuminating the space. In the boardroom, Amerlux’s track lighting was recessed between the wood elements of the ceiling, offering a natural lighting installation that worked cohesively with the room. Throughout the head office, DeltaLight’s pot recessed lights were chosen due to its minimalistic design and high level lighting performance. For the office hallway lighting, Artemide’s Can lighting pendants were recommended as they provide powerful LED lighting, which becomes particularly useful for naturally dim-lit spaces.
