As Canada’s largest independent actuarial consulting firm, Eckler has continually evolved by design. So it’s no accident that the company looked to evolve even further thanks to a design refresh for its Toronto-based office space.
To bring a fresh new look and feel to their office, Eckler enlisted SGH Design Partners to lead the interior design, and Mulvey & Banani for their engineering services. Salex was brought on board to this project to provide advice on lighting products, suggesting suitable lighting that would complement the overall design look.
To create a new space that would be sophisticated, friendly and sleek, Salex chose a number of fitting fixtures including: Artemide’s Tagora suspension, implemented in three different sizes, and Vibia’s Match series, both adding character to the interior space. Delta Light’s One-And-Only and Femtoline luminaires were installed in the shared spaces and meeting rooms thanks to their ultra-minimalistic design. The Squero Combination by Lumenwerx incorporated a modern look and linear LED, along with micro spots, and Viscor’s LRFT series were incorporated throughout the general office space. Finally, Beghelli Exits were installed around the building, and Wattstopper controls were implemented throughout the space.
