We hosted our third Light Up Your Landscape event on Tuesday, September 19 in downtown Toronto, at Palais Royale. Anticipated as the biggest landscape architecture event of the season, the event saw over 250 top architects, designers and lighting manufacturers gather together to view the most innovative, sought-after outdoor lighting fixtures and landscape furniture. Set against the backdrop of the Toronto harbour, guests were introduced to new products from: Amerlux, Delta Light, Equiparc, ERCO, LSI industries, Lumca, Selux, SGI, and WE-EF.

Attendees toasted colleagues and peers, networked, and were invited to enter a raffle draw for a trip for two to the ASLA Expo in Los Angeles, including round-trip airfare and two-night hotel-stay. Upon arrival, guests received an event “passport” and were invited to peruse the outdoor lighting and furniture displays and speak to manufacturer representatives to receive a signature on their passport. For every signature, guests received an additional raffle ticket for the grand prize draw. Before the end of the night, the winning ticket was drawn, belonging to Jim Melvin from PMA Landscape Architects Ltd.! A mentalist was also on hand to surprise and delight guests.
