On Thursday, September 12th, 2024, over 400 guests gathered at the iconic Palais Royale in Toronto for our annual Light Up Your Life event, making it one of our most unforgettable nights yet. This year’s celebration was not only a showcase of the latest in lighting innovation but also a special milestone for Salex as we surprised attendees with the launch of our new logo and website! This exciting reveal added an extra layer of energy and excitement to the night, leaving our guests thrilled and eager to explore the fresh new look of our brand.
The evening was packed with entertainment, featuring a walk-around tarot card reader offering insightful readings, an energetic DJ setting the mood, and an incredible live performance by the BluSoul group that had everyone captivated. Guests enjoyed delicious food, an open bar, and plenty of opportunities to network with industry professionals.

Guests explored the latest offerings from our outdoor exhibitors: Zaneen, Luminii/Senso, Elite, Meteor, We-ef, Technilum and Sourcery.

Raffle Prizes and Grand Prize Winners
In true Salex fashion, we treated our guests to some incredible raffle prizes. Congratulations to this year’s lucky winners:
Grand Prize: Abigail DeJong from DPAI won an exhilarating experience with passes for two to the CN Tower Edgewalk and dinner at the iconic 360 Restaurant. Although Abigail couldn't attend in person, her team was there to celebrate on her behalf.
Raffle Winners: Erin Wagner from Moon Matz took home a brand-new 75" Samsung TV, generously donated by Elite Lighting. Alexander Van Monsjou won a stunning Tolomeo lamp, courtesy of Artemide.
The Light Up Your Life 2024 event will go down as a special night in Salex history, not only for the unforgettable moments shared but also for the launch of our new logo and website, which marked a new chapter for our brand. It was all-out racing at Salex’s 17th Annual K1 Speed Specifiers Challenge, bringing together 80 guests and 11 teams for an evening of high-speed competition, delicious food, and networking.
