It was all-out racing at Salex’s 17th Annual K1 Speed Specifiers Challenge, bringing together 80 guests and 11 teams for an evening of high-speed competition, delicious food, and networking. The atmosphere at K1 Speed was intense as teams battled it out on the track, pushing for the fastest lap times and, of course, bragging rights.

We want to extend a huge thank you to our sponsors—Visioneering, Lumacell, Legrand, Axis Lighting, and Meteor Lighting—for making this event possible. Their support helped in creating an unforgettable night of friendly rivalry and connection within the industry.

After a series of intense races, the Mulvey & Banani team claimed the top spot once again with an impressive average lap time of 22.460 seconds, followed closely by MCW (22.790s) in second place and H & J Group (22.801s) in third. The competition was tight, with all teams putting in fantastic efforts, separated by only tenths of a second! Our evening concluded with the Top 10 fastest racers, competing for glory in an F1-style race. Quincy Cheung from WSP took first place, with Michael Mikolainis (Mulvey & Banani) coming in second and Shawn Pascoa (Smith + Anderson) rounding out the podium at third.

A big thank you to everyone who participated, from racers to spectators, for making this event such a success. We look forward to seeing you all back on the track next year for another round of competition and fun!
