Fasken is a leading international law firm with more than 950 lawyers and ten offices worldwide. Clients count on them for practical and creative legal assistance. Fasken offers effective strategies to tackle tough business and legal issues. iN Studio reached out to Salex to assist with the redesign of the Fasken Calgary office.
Unique lighting fixtures were selected to elevate the elegant aesthetic while ensuring functionality. The Gople ceiling and the nh chandelier suspension by Artemide are both eye-catching fixtures featured in the entry seating area and café area. Luminii’s Dagger linear fixtures were strategically positioned between the ceiling details to illuminate the boardroom. Senso Latona 1 and Set downlights were used throughout the space. The Luminii Kurba fixture enhanced the ambiance of the office with its gentle illumination of the hanging chain detail. The Luminii Kendo fixture was utilized as cove lighting in hallways and for feature walls. Finding the perfect balance between design intention, functionality, and enhancing the project’s overall beauty was challenging. In addition, numerous on-site modifications necessitated the ability to quickly adapt and make adjustments, which was crucial for maintaining the construction timeline.
