High Park Condos

The High Park Condos are located in the lively residential area of the High Park neighbourhood in Toronto.

Working with Land Art Design, we illuminated the building’s landscapes with a selection of fixtures from Selux, Structura Mac ll, and Ares. Specifically, Olivio LED post-top fixtures from Selux helped brighten the pathways leading up to The High Park Condos.

Along with Olivio, Selux provided Notch LED Bollards. Selux’s products are all salt and humidity resistant – making them the perfect addition to the condo’s two outdoor terraces.

Thanks to their natural wood finish, Structura Mac ll light bollards are placed at both entrances of the condo. The Alice recessed step lights from Ares were chosen for their durable material to safely illuminate the back entrance of the building for pedestrians.
