Salex was proud to partner with Pro-tek Electric on the lighting upgrade at Scarborough Town Centre, one of Toronto’s premier retail destinations. The goal was to transform the main entrance corridor into a brighter, more inviting space that improves visibility, enhances safety, and creates a welcoming experience for every visitor.

The corridor features a wide layout with high ceilings and a glass roof, which allows natural light during the day but becomes significantly darker in the winter months. To address this challenge, powerful and efficient fixtures were carefully selected to deliver consistent illumination across the space from every direction.

Meteor’s Bolt fixtures and Genlyte’s RBX LED high bays were chosen for their strength, reliability, and ability to provide uniform light levels in large, open areas. The result is a well-lit entrance that ensures comfort, safety, and a vibrant atmosphere throughout the year.
