Andrew’s career began at Ford Motor Company in automotive electronics manufacturing and led to leadership roles in lighting control startups like Encelium, now a part of Legrand. His shift to LED technology marked a natural progression in his career.
At Salex, Andrew started as a lighting control sales account manager and quickly expanded his role due to his exceptional skills. His deep technical understanding and innovative solutions have been instrumental in the company’s growth. Andrew specializes in lighting controls and leads by example, with a strong commitment to educating others and specifying the right products for each application. He envisions a future where lighting controls integrate with broader systems like people counting and asset tracking while maintaining open, interchangeable systems.
Outside of work, Andrew enjoys spending time with his two teenage children and engaging in hobbies like snowmobiling and ATVing, reflecting his love for mechanics and adventure.
