Paul began his career building potlights for Cooper Lighting, where he gained invaluable hands-on experience. His career progressed through roles in customer service and sales, where he excelled and eventually became the National Quotes Manager for Canada. This role allowed him to roll out new pricing tools and build strong relationships with agencies, sparking his inspiration to become an agent.
In 2006, Paul joined Salex to manage the business, becoming a partner in 2010, and by 2024, he had risen to the position of Managing Partner. Under his leadership, Salex has experienced remarkable growth, expanding its territory and increasing its team from 8 to 57 employees. Paul’s leadership has been instrumental in creating a positive office culture and building a self-sustaining company with a confident and empowered team. His strengths lie in his ability to connect with people, quickly assess situations, and make strategic decisions that drive the company’s success.
Outside of work, Paul is an avid traveler, golfer, and concert-goer, and he enjoys motorcycling, kayaking, swimming, and various other activities. His large social circle and passion for self-improvement provide him with diverse perspectives, which he uses to continually elevate both himself and Salex.
